1. Content

ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. The company is not liable for deviations from the content of the original documents, for mistakes in documents generated for the web pages, as well as for changes in the information available on the server made by unauthorised persons. As far as laws and ordinances or other regulations are referred to or quoted, the official announcement is the only authoritative version. The user is expressly advised that the accessible contents including possible factual or technical errors are accessed at her/his own risk. Liability claims against the ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) concerning material or immaterial damages caused by the use or non-usage of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be strictly rejected, as far as no deliberate or grossly negligent fault of the ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) can be proven. ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from its pages – unless it has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of its site from viewing those pages. ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) hereby expressly declares that at the time of the linking there was no recognisable illegal content on the linked web pages. Furthermore, ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not assert any rights to linked contents of other pages.

If ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is made aware of illegal contents on linked pages, these contents are reviewed and deleted in case any rights are violated. Any further liability only concerns the host of the linked page.

3. Copyright + Law on Trademarks

ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) intended not to use any copyrighted diagrams, sound files, video files, or texts, to use diagrams, sound files, video files, or texts created by ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt). ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) make only reference to publicly available texts or information which every user can also find by him/herself.
Without exception, all brands and trademarks mentioned within the website and – if applicable – protected by third parties are subject to the regulations of the Law on Trademarks in force and to the property rights of the respective registered proprietor. Mere mention should not be construed to mean that brands are not protected by the rights of third parties!

The rights of use for any published material created by ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) are reserved exclusively for ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Any utilisation by duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sound files, video files, or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt)’s explicit consent.

4. Revokation / Cancellation

If the customer has received his/her access data and if the content is (in whole or in part) available online, this counts as the start of the seminar/webinar/training. As the log-in details are sent immediately once payment was done and as the content is 24/7 available, cancellation are not foreseen. Cancellation is therefore no longer possible from this point in time. Otherwise, cancellations are possible up to 2 weeks after registration / order for a processing fee of € 50 in case no access is possible or content not available. ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) will check the user access files to verify any cancellation requests. Cancellations made later – but before the access information is sent – are possible for a fee of 50% of the participation fee. Cancellation requests, including a reason that access is not possible or content not available, are to be sent to: arc-traicoa@arc-traicoa.com

Cancellation requests without a reason are not considered for further processing and counts as invalid request.

5. Participants / users

Participants / users are obliged to keep their access data (login name, password) secret and not to allow third parties access to their account. A transfer of the account to third parties is not permitted as well as sharing any content to others.

ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is entitled to block access if these usage guidelines are violated. This also applies if the customer / participant is in delay of payment.

With the acquisition of the access, the named customer is entitled to use and acquires the license to use the content personally. It is not permitted – even without passing on the access data – to enable other people to use it, unless several usage licenses / accesses or company accounts have been set up.

6. Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer is part of the ARC-Traicoa UG (haftungsbeschränkt)’s internet publication. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
